The Winchester City Council will be meeting in Executive Session to discuss the initiation of litigation and litigation that has been threatened specifically in writing in the Council room at the City Building located at 113 E. Washington St., Winchester, IN 47394 pursuant to 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B).
