For several years the City of Winchester has asked INDOT to correct the timing of the stoplight at this location with no success.
Please call INDOT to stress to them how the timing of the light is creating accidents and backing up traffic; especially when school lets out.
Let them know it is at the intersection for State Road 32 (Washington Street), Greenville Avenue, and Union Street.
