Welcome Home for Christmas Lighted Parade & Market

FreeWinchester Main Street will host local artisans in the Community Center from 1-5PM.
Randolph Riders 4-H Horse and Pony Club will host the lighted parade starting at 5PM.
The lighting of the Christmas Tree will follow the parade.
