The City of Winchester has beautiful and well-maintained venues for you to host a variety of family and public events.  Below are the rates for those facilities owned by the City of Winchester.

Beeson Clubhouse                  Daily Rate: $150 (Includes $50 Deposit)
Park Shelters                            Daily Rate: $30
Goodrich Park Cabin            Daily Rate: $45 (Includes $15 Deposit)

Goodrich Swimming Pool     Hourly Rate: $65 for up to 50 people
Includes 2 Lifeguards.  Additional Lifeguards are required for more than 50 people and are paid their regular rate.
